Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1996 at Stavanger) is a Norwegian artist and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released through the record label Decca Records in May 2015 receiving great approval by music journalists and media. Half the World Away from the band Oasis was made for an ad campaign for John Lewis, and Nature Boy is an Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry shared a tweet that Perry announced her new song Runaway. Make it a special day for her. Aurora Aksnes' earliest memory of music was discovering a grand piano in the attic. The piano was fascinating to her what it could do. The parents of her May-Britt family along with Jan Oystein Aksnes encouraged her to study music, not for an occupation or pastime but for growth. The Aksnes family encouraged her to compose. Her influences include renowned writer Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan, as well as her love of Bjork's style. She decided to start performing the songs she wrote publicly after her mother said they might help others not gain acclaim for her work, but instead help those around them see the importance of their work and how they can affect the world. The mother of her child suggested that she perform her songs publicly in order to make people aware of their own importance and how they impact the world. This was not known to her family until she turned fourteen. Aurora wasn't a dream. The singer claims she is a fan of creating music. Music to her is the best method of feeling anything.
